Hi Everyone,
A warm welcome to every member………The Rules have already been put under Rules and Disclaimers.Many members have already started posting and some excellent posts and threads have been the end result.
A few things,some expectations,and some that we least want………..This site and forum stands as a sanctuary for the small group of us who have been trading this method for some time.We are Traders first,and Traders always.Our primary goal is to Trade the Markets and to Share our Knowledge with everyone,with the hope that they too can benefit.This site and forum stands for the common man,…..men and women…..and therefore this site and forum have been left as a public site,and not made into a private one.Never have believed in the accumulation of knowledge without the sharing of it…….This place therefore stands as a place where a group of traders get together,in this case,flow traders,….and share their day,their mistakes,their happinesses,their variations to the flow method,etc.And to help the newcomer with it…………The experienced flow traders amongst us will have no qualms whatsoever in trying to help out the rank newcomer with his most basic of questions.As our friend,Smart Trade,would put it….this caring and sharing attitude is in the very DNA of every flow trader.
Before I go off on a tangent………….I would like to thank Pramod,Kapil,MJ,and Puneet for this place is only in our imaginations without the efforts of these 4 guys.They have put their hearts and souls into this place,and of course,time and energy, for us all……..We owe them a debt of gratitude for all that they have done for us….Thank You Guys!
This forum,as is already obvious,is created for the transaction of knowledge revolving around the Flow Strategies.And the variations to these Flow Strategies…………..and therefore,this place is structured in such a way that,concentration is kept on the knowledge and its sharing,and not of the frills and fancies that every forum has.There will be no avatars,or signatures,or credits for posts or points,there are no emoticons(although it would have been great to have the basic ones at least).For all this fun,we have many other forums……..There will be no concentration on milestones achieved,the number of members,the number of threads and posts………..Nothing of that kind.There will be knowledge though,that the smalll group of us will indulge in so that we all can be better traders and probably better human beings too.
Now coming to the bad part………will make it brief,………a)we have a lot of women traders with us,many of them may be silent,but am so proud that they are here and learning,and become greater traders in the future………There will therefore be no talk,absolutely no talk that would make them uncomfortable in any way.No crude comments or gender bias here.
b)There is no Chit Chat Section,there are so many forums these days that have all that,suggest joining any one of them……..Camaraderie and light stuff is fine within a thread,but not something that goes out of topic,or unpertaining to it.
c)There will be no sarcasm in your replies………..if there is something that you do not agree with,do ask in a professional manner.Which obviously means anything worse than sacrasm will be dealt with as well.
d)This forum is a gathering of the Flow Traders,variations can be discussed,changes to the methods,or money management,,or mindset,all can be discussed……………..but if you are a Trader trading the Newsletter Tips Method or a certain mechanical system…..,and have great success in it,and believe in the stupidity of the flow method,then there is no reason to be here.We are all Flow Traders posting in a Flow Forum,talking about the Flow Method.Best you find your place in the other forums,and be happy,my friend.
The rest are all in Rules and Disclaimers…………….there is a round the clock monitoring in progress.And the posts that are against the rules will be snipped out,and a ban enforced.To ensure that we have a good garden of beautiful flowers,……….weeds have to be pulled out.And they defintely will.
To reiterate:This site/forum stands for the transaction of knowledge of a particular method and its variations,and the basics,……..it stands for the newcomer,it stands for the more advanced flow trader,it stands for the accumulation and sharing of that knowledge……..once the blogs start,I hope that the active flow trader reading it will not only be greater traders but greater human beings as well.This site and forum is designed to protect the goodness in good people,the decency in decent people,…….by giving them a protected environment to discuss,share and grow.
